Credit Card Manager

Our Credit Card Manager delivers integrated credit card authorization and settlement capabilities to your registration processing. The Credit Card Manager pays for itself many times over by improving your business efficiency during pre-conference processing and while on-site during the event.

The Email Manager is an email broadcasting component that dynamically pulls recipient names from your registration, activity, or profile data.

Exhibit Manager

The Exhibit Manager is used in combination with Registration Manager to manage exhibit booths for small to medium sized exhibitions. The work flow in Exhibit Manager takes advantage of and builds upon existing functionality in Registration Manager.

Export Manager is an export and import utility that enables us to copy all the data belonging to one or multiple events in your event database while preserving the native database structure.

Lead Track Manager

Lead Track Manager adds the industry standard 3 of 9 bar code output to a variety of conference credential formats printed by Lone Star Registration's Registration Manager. The bar codes can be scanned by 3 of 9 bar code scanning devices. With this combination, we deliver an identification solution that is easy, quick, portable, and inexpensive to use.

Profile Manager

Profile Manager links your member, employee, customer, or prospect data bases to become interactive with your conference registration processing.

Registration Manager

Registration Manager is the core module in the Event Manager Systems. The system manages multiple events simultaneously, allowing you to define an unlimited number of registration categories and optional activities per event with inventory caps and date sensitive fees.

Survey Manager

Survey Manager enables you to define professional looking, online surveys from scratch using an intuitive set of tools, or by copying an existing survey. Once your surveys are in place, you can email invitations containing hyperlinks that jump the respondent to the correct survey form.
