Export Manager is an export and import utility that enables us to copy all the data belonging to one or multiple events in your event database while preserving the native database structure. With Export Manager, we can:
- Transfer your pre-event data to another server in native format to take on-site.
- After the event, use it to import the on-site event data back onto the master SQL database or to csv file.
- When the post-conference reconciliation is completed, export the data belonging to the finished event to a separate file for archiving.
Export Manager copies all the data belonging to the selected events from the master databases (where the data from all the conferences in the system is commingled) to a separate and smaller data set that is suitable for on-site use or archives.
